We would be happy to provide you with a free house cleaning quote. We also encourage shopping around and trying different providers. Why? Because we know that TeamWorks provides the best value for your money. The majority of our clients switched to us from another provider. And they’re still with us today.

We customize each cleaning service to meet your needs and guarantee your satisfaction. Once we’ve done an in-house estimate, we’ll charge you the same rate for regular semi-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, or every-four-week service. The first visit may be higher if there is “catch-up cleaning” that needs to be done.

Here are few examples that assume the client has arranged for our standard cleaning (see list):

• Bachelor: Two bedroom apartment, 1.5 bath, bi-weekly cleaning: $90 - $120
• Family: A 3 bedroom house, 2-3 bathrooms, bi-weekly cleaning: $125-$180
• Executive: 4+ bedroom, 4+ bath, weekly cleaning: $185-$225+

We do not do move-out cleanings except for homes where we have been providing regular house cleaning service.

Payment is due upon the completion of each cleaning visit and can be made by check or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Many clients arrange to have each cleaning visit charged on their credit card so they do not need to remember to leave a check. The cleaning crew leaves a receipt for each visit.
