Your local TeamWorks cooperative is owned by its workforce and belongs to a network of TeamWorks cooperatives. The expansion of this network is being incubated by Sacred Heart Community Service, a San Jose non-profit organization driven by a vision of a community united to ensure that every child and adult is free from poverty.

As worker-owners, members of local TeamWorks cooperatives are able to make decisions that impact their lives. This includes focusing on green cleaning methods. By forgoing toxic chemicals, TeamWorks is able to protect its clients, workforce, and the environment.

TeamWorks is also helping to build a stronger community. Because we follow a social business model, financial returns are reinvested in creating jobs and opportunities. Not only do our workers earn a good income, they also become business owners, develop financial assets, gain access to quality health insurance, and are encouraged to develop their skills and interests through extensive training and coaching programs.
